Terms & Conditions
Christmas and Easter School Holidays

Bookings of a minimum of 7 nights for Christmas, or 4 nights for Easter.

Shorter bookings may be taken at the Park Manager’s discretion one month prior, or earlier if the booking can be added to the beginning or end of an existing booking.
Long Weekends and Special Events

Bookings of a minimum of three nights can be taken up until one month prior to the long weekend or special event.
Payments & Deposits
High Season
-
We take $100 on booking, 50% is then due by 30th of June. The remaining amount is due by 1st of December.

An Easter balance is to be paid in full one month prior to arrival.
Mid Season / Low Season

Full payment is required on booking.
Refunds / Cancellation Policy

A $50 cancellation fee will apply to all bookings cancelled.

Booking deposits may be transferred in full to another date up to 4 weeks prior to your booking date.

Deposits are non refundable if a booking is cancelled within 7 days of your booked arrival date, in shoulder and low season.

Peak season cancellations are non refundable if a booking is cancelled within 30 days of your booked arrival date.
