Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times. Dogs are not permitted in the ablutions, pool area, jumping pillow area or office. It is the owner’s responsibility to clean up after their dog. Doggy bags are located throughout the park for your convenience.

- Pets are not allowed in roofed accommodation unless they are designated as pet friendly. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged for any pets found in non-pet-friendly units.
- Pets are not allowed in park facilities or play areas.

- No late check out’s unless otherwise arranged with reception in advance.
- We look forward to welcoming you to Four Seasons Holiday Park and will make every effort to meet your requirements. Please note that any form of aggressive or unpleasant behaviour towards our staff will not be tolerated.
- Accommodation left in a dirty condition will incur a $200 cleaning fee.
- Smoking is prohibited inside enclosed park buildings and accommodation. A $500 cleaning fee applies for smoking in accommodation.
- Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult in swimming pools, bouncing pillows, and play equipment. Occasionally, facilities may be closed for safety, maintenance, or other reasons beyond our control.
- Fish cleaning is not allowed within the park; these facilities are available at the Abbey Beach boat ramp.
- Vehicle, boat, or caravan washing is not allowed within the park.
- The speed limit within the park is 8km/hour. Four Seasons Holiday Park is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles except were caused by our negligence.
- Please keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. Failure to do so may result in offenders being asked to leave.
